These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Royal Bubble mobile game ("Service"), provided by CINAR Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").

Royal Bubble is a hypercasual mobile game featuring engaging physics-based bubble interactions. Access to the game is provided for your personal entertainment. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the game if violations of these Terms occur.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the game.
- Attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or mechanics for an unfair advantage on leaderboards.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CINAR Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game, loss of data (including game progress), or unauthorized access to and alteration of your transmissions over the Service.
