- User Content: To use our Service, you and your authorized users may upload images of models and clothing items ("User Content").
- Account Information: When you register for a business account, we collect information such as your name, company name, email address, and potentially information from a third-party login service (e.g., Google).
- Communications: If you contact us for support, we will collect your contact information and the content of your message.
B. Information Collected Automatically:
- Usage Data: We collect information about how your account interacts with the Service, such as features used, the number of images generated, and the time and duration of activities.
- Device Information: We collect standard information about the devices used to access the Service, including hardware model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
- Crash and Performance Data: We may collect diagnostic data to help us identify and fix bugs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate the core virtual photoshoot studio functionality, manage your product catalogs and model libraries, and process your requests.
- To Ensure Platform Safety and Security: This is a critical function. We use your uploaded User Content to proactively prevent misuse and illegal activity on our platform.
- To Improve the Service: To understand user behavior, gather feedback, and develop new features that better serve our business clients.
- To Communicate With You: To provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and send service-related announcements.
- To Process Transactions: To manage your subscription plans and payments through the respective app stores. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not rent or sell your information. Your information is shared only under the following, specific circumstances necessary to operate our Service.
A. Third-Party Service Providers:
- Content Moderation Services (Mandatory Pre-Scan): Critically, before any image you upload is processed for a virtual try-on, we first share your User Content with third-party content moderation services (such as Google Cloud Vision API or Amazon Rekognition). This is a mandatory, automated step to scan for prohibited content, including any material that could be interpreted as child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content flagged as illegal is prevented from being processed further and is handled according to our safety protocols and legal obligations.
- Virtual Try-On APIs: After successfully passing the safety scan, your User Content is shared with our third-party AI service providers (catVTON and iadge API) to generate the virtual try-on image. These providers are contractually obligated to use this data only for providing the service.
- Cloud Infrastructure: We use Google Cloud Platform for essential services, including:
- • Google Cloud Storage (GCS): For securely storing your User Content.
- • MongoDB (via MongoDB Atlas): For storing your application data.
- • Redis (via Google Cloud Memorystore): For caching data to improve performance.
B. Legal Requirements and Law Enforcement:
We may disclose your information if required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities and may proactively report any activity that we believe to be illegal, including providing any and all relevant user data, to the appropriate authorities.
4. Data Security and Retention
We implement commercially reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information. We will retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. However, content and associated user data that are flagged or confirmed as violating our Terms of Use or the law may be retained for a longer period for investigative and legal reporting purposes, in accordance with our legal obligations.

6. Children's Privacy and Platform Eligibility
Important Notice: Strict content and age restrictions apply.
Our Service is strictly for business use and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. You are strictly prohibited from uploading any images depicting a person under the age of 18 or any pornographic images. This is a direct and serious violation of our Terms of Use. If we become aware that such content has been uploaded, we will take immediate steps to remove it, terminate the responsible account, and may report the activity to law enforcement.
